Why Quality Matters More Than Quantity
When starting Moreover Studio, one of the decisions we made early on was to focus on quality over volume.
It's easy to produce large quantities of clothing. What's harder is taking the time to get the details right.
Most people notice the design first, but quality goes much deeper than that. It starts with the fabric. The weight, the texture, how it feels against your skin, and how it holds up after repeated washes all make a difference. A garment can look great on day one, but the real test is whether you still enjoy wearing it months later.
We also believe that clothing should age well. Some of our favorite pieces are the ones that become better with time—the t-shirt that softens after every wash or the pair of pants that gradually develops its own character.
That's why we don't chase fast-moving trends. We'd rather create pieces that people reach for again and again because they genuinely enjoy wearing them.
Streetwear has always been about self-expression, but we think quality should be part of that conversation too. When a garment is thoughtfully made, you can feel the difference from the moment you put it on.
At the end of the day, we'd rather make fewer pieces and be proud of every one of them than produce more for the sake of producing more.
