The exchange or return must be within 30 days of receiving the order and for one time only

 

The product must be unused

It must be in the same original condition and the tag or stickers have not been removed

The product must come with its own bag and all its accessories

Providing the purchase invoice if requested

 

The customer bears the return shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return request

     25 riyals for orders within the city of Riyadh

     30 riyals for orders outside Riyadh

 

The value of the product will be refunded only without the delivery costs that were paid when delivering the order to the customer.

 

If the customer wishes to cancel the order and the shipment has been delivered to the shipping company, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refund value.

 

The amount will be returned within 3 working days of the order arriving at our headquarters if payment is made by MADA card.

 

The amount will be returned within 15 working days of the order’s arrival at our headquarters if payment was made by credit card (in the event of a delay in depositing the amount, the customer must contact the bank)

 

Products that cannot be exchanged or returned:-

 

Swimming shorts + sherbet + caps + masks and accessories in general

The customer has the right to request one request, either for exchange or return.

Discounted products do not require returns, only exchanges.
